Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders and quotations from Universal Valves Pvt. Ltd. through universalvalves.store.

Prices

• All prices are per piece in Indian Rupees (INR), ex-works Ahmedabad.
• GST is extra: 18% IGST for deliveries outside Gujarat, or 9% CGST + 9% SGST within Gujarat. Tax is shown at checkout.
• Packing & forwarding: 1.5% extra.
• Third-party inspection, if required: 5% extra.
• Prices on this website are recommended list prices and may change without prior notice. The price confirmed on your proforma invoice applies.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days, thereafter subject to our confirmation.

Orders & payment

After you place an order online, we email a proforma invoice with bank details, freight and packing charges. Orders are processed once payment is received, unless other terms have been agreed in writing.

Delivery

Goods are dispatched from Ahmedabad. Freight is charged at actuals on a to-pay basis unless agreed otherwise. Delivery times depend on size, material and quantity and are confirmed with the proforma invoice. See Shipping & Delivery.

Technical suitability

Please confirm size, pressure rating, temperature, end connection and the process medium before ordering. Our team is happy to help with selection. Universal Valves Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for failures caused by use outside the specified service conditions.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Claims must be supported by details of the installation and service conditions. See Refund & Returns.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
