Manufacturing defects

Universal valves are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If a product is found defective, contact us with the invoice number, product details, photographs and the service conditions. After inspection, we will repair or replace the defective item, or issue a credit.

Transit damage or shortage

Please inspect the consignment on arrival and report any transit damage or shortage to us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs and the transporter’s remarks on the delivery note.

Returns of correct goods

Standard items supplied as ordered can be returned only with our prior written approval, unused and in original packing. Custom-made products (special sizes, materials, drillings, actuated valves) cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment account after the returned goods are received and inspected.
